About the Role

We’re launching a range of alcohol brands. And we want some folks who would like to CREATE some MAGIC here.

As the DGM/GM – Product Management, you will be responsible for launching and managing the product life cycles of the Indospirit brand portfolio.

What you will do day to day?

  • Research consumer needs, competition, market trends, and analyze opportunities for new products.
  • Develop product strategy into the detailed business case for product, sourcing, prototype, market potential, launch strategy, revenue, ROI, etc
  • Strategize appropriate route-to-market plans
  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes; collaborate closely with all cross-functional partners such as marketing, finance, manufacturing, sales, etc to ensure effective execution of brand strategies
  • Manage PnL of the product and present regular reports on the performance of the product in the market and its success

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of work experience in product management or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills & strong analytical skills
  • High on initiative, flexibility, detail orientation & persuasiveness
  • Ability to innovate frugally
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills, with the ability to work with team members, peers, and leadership
